Registration Guidelines

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES:

1. To register as a student, it's necessary to submit a certificate from the HOD. Once registration is done, please forward the document to npsicon2025@gmail.com.

2. Registration for workshops on FISH assay, Sanger Sequencing, and Targeted Sequencing is limited to 25 participants each, on a first-come-first-serve basis.

3. Upon successful registration and payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

4. All registrations must be completed online through the conference portal.

5. The registration fees is inclusive of 18% GST and 3% payment gateway charges.

6. Payments can be made via NEFT/RTGS transfer or UPI transfer using the provided bank details, with transaction details required during registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. Cancellation of registration can be done by writing an e-mail to the conference secretariat at npsicon2025@gmail.com clearly stating your registration number. The e-mail will have to be sent from the registered delegate email id only.

2. All cancellations done until the 30/09/2024 will attract a cancellation fee of 25% of registration charges.

3. All cancellations done until the 31/11/2024 will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of registration charges.

4. All cancellations done until the 31/1/2024 will attract a cancellation fee of 75% of registration charges.

5. For cancellations done after 31/1/2024 no refunds will be provided.

6. All refunds will be directly credited to the Account details provided by the delegate in the cancellation request mail within 30 working days after the conference. Timestamp of e-mail will be considered as official date of cancellation request.

7. 18% GST and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
